N. A. Foy:  How old were you when you decided to pursue a career in music, and were there any particular musicians or singers that inspired you?

Haruka (Vocalist): It might be 3 years since I have really decided. Inspired band? Yes, this band…. HETEROGENEOUS ANDEAD!! When I was 14 years old, I hope so but did not do anything. So now I do.

N. A. Foy:  What are you currently working on music wise?

Haruka : Nothing at the moment.

N. A. Foy:  Do you have plans to release a video?

Haruka : I hope! In fact, we prepare to release 1st album in this year, so we will do either.

N. A. Foy:  If you had only a few minutes in an elevator to describe your band, what would you say?

Haruka : Mezzo soprano and Growl on Melodic, Symphonic and Death/Thrash metal. Our band’s concept is “madness and grief.” It configures as the heterogeneous ones. We give you the alternative sound you have not listened to before.

N. A. Foy:  What are some things you like to do for enjoyment when you are not doing music?

Haruka : Good question. I really like art and games. I always go to the museum. Did you check our 1st EP’s art work? I think it is a dark and awesome one. So, I want to configure this band, including the side of art.

N. A. Foy:  If you were stuck on an island and somehow were able to listen to music, what 3 CDs would you want with you?

Haruka : Difficult LOL. As for Metal, I will choose “Cultivate the Apostate” by Abysmal Torment, “Dawn of 5th Era” by Mors Principium Est, and “Dingir” by Rings of Saturn.

N. A. Foy:  Out of the lyrics you perform so far, is there a particular one that you like best? Is there a story behind it?

Haruka : Feeling… as grief and despair, not anger. It based on the suffering past and hurts. Those will turn to the energy of expression. Of course it is related to our lyrics, and it pictures the story of madness and grief. So I believe I can unleash them through our sounds.

N. A. Foy:  Us fans always like to know things about the band members. How about some favorites. What is your favorite color? Number? Foods? Movie(s)? Book(s)? Or any other favorites you want to mention?

Haruka :
Color: of course BLACK
Number: 666 …no, 1
Food: healthy one, like yogurt
Movie: Amadeus
Book: Russian literature

I like classic, jazz, electronic pop, dance techno, technical/brutal death metal, grind core like gore and so on… various!
And I like gothic fashion too. So I wear gothic one on the stage. Please check it on our SNS page!

N. A. Foy:  What is the message that you want to give your fans as an example as a band? Is there anything else you’d like to add before we finish?

Haruka : We will release 1st album in this year. It will be so big chance to affect.

I sing the melodic song like classical chorus and shout by my growl voice on Death/Thrash metal. I would like to aim as only one style on music.

So please check our music on YouTube and iTunes! And don’t miss our new album in this year, now we go on!!
